The Agorà Conference Centre: a highly flexible, 300 m² multifunctional space designed to host events for up to 200 people, gala dinners, exhibitions and private parties. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, dedicated catering areas and a team of passionate professionals who will assist you in organising a successful event!

Various solutions are available for your soundproofed meetings with natural light, equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet connection.

Audio System & Microphones: professional ceiling-integrated sound system equipped with 6 dedicated microphones (3 gooseneck tabletop mics and 3 handheld wireless mics).
Control Room & Speaker Podium: dedicated Control Room for full audio/video management and an Omnia presidential speaker podium.
Custom Lighting System: specialized lighting setup with adjustable preset modes for screen projections.

Hi-Speed Wi-Fi Connection: high-speed Fiber Wi-Fi network ("Agorà") with dedicated bandwidth up to 300 Mbps in upload and download.
Presentation Tools: 3 traditional flip charts with paper pads and quick device connectivity options.
Catering Service & Coffee Breaks: coffee breaks, working breakfasts, and dining options served in a reserved area in the foyer, at Sidera Restaurant, or Sidus Bar.
